Yesterday, I got married.
I will write more about it later (because really, I can’t help myself) but for now, it’s enough to say that I couldn’t be more happy that I’ve married the man I love. He’s the lid for my (slightly dented, mildly scorched, but still very serviceable) pot, he’s my best friend, he’s the father of my favorite 13 year-old in the whole world, and he looks great in a suit.
That was all I was looking for.
Thanks to everyone for your love, support, encouragement, and patience while we lived in two different countries, and when I moved to another country, and when we put a ring on my finger (ALL THE SINGLE LADIES, ALL THE SINGLE LADIES…). I know we’ve been hard to put up with at times, but it all worked out in the end.
And if you’ll excuse me, my husband says it’s time to go to bed.

So happy for y’all!
Happy Happy Joy Joy!
Your good fortune at finding each other and true love in the process is the stuff dreams are made of. And yay internet for playing a supporting role in bringing you two together!
Meg & Gradon = FTW!

Whoa is right! This was like waiting for Luke and Laura’s wedding to happen. Okay, so I am not a big soap fan, but I was thinking this would be like waiting for Luke and Laura’s wedding to happen for those of you who waited for that wedding and then this one. Congratulations to you all!
Felicitations and best wishes for a long and happy life together!
