  1. Please feel free to sing whilst waltzing down the boulevard. Others do and they can’t sing like you.
Well, I imagine you can carry a tune as you say that you are preachers kid and as you yourself have pointed out, they can always sing.
I too am living in fear of what the weather will do. I am pricing snow chains. I live at the top of the hill in Burnaby and work at the bottom. Aaaaaaaahhhhhhh.

  2. You have me intrigued with this cold coffee and iced coffee thing. All I can think of is that you could potentially end up with really watery coffee which is decidedly also gross.

Maybe I should get a part time job at Starbucks just to learn how to make better coffee?

    (Sorry about your head. Ouch.)

  3. Excuse me? A wind up nun?

Okay, googled it and found “racing wind up nuns”. Also found Nunzilla the fire breathing wind up nun. How is it that this category of entertainment has escaped me all these years?
Chris (the one in SW VA)

  4. I loved number 2 because I also worked at Starbucks long ago and it’s sooooooooo true! Not that I taste ass often as I’m sure don’t either (AHEM) lol.

I left a blog award for you on my site to pick up. Have a great day and I think 8 is a great number.

  5. Ooooh, come to Small Ritual Coffee in White Rock and try the Cafe Freddo….you won’t think cold coffee tastes like ass after that. :)

  6. Last time we were in NYC with the kids, we did this:

    1. Staten Island Ferry.
    2. Proper deli lunch in a proper N.Y. deli.
    3. Top of the Rock (better than Empire State Bldg., IMHO).
    4. Museum of Natural History.

If you want to be over-the-top about it:

    5. Carmine’s for dinner.
