my fives!

See everyone else’s answers here!

1. Five things you must always have on hand in your fridge pantry (ideally)

Good olive oil
Lemons
Garlic
Potatoes
Sea salt

2. Five items/types/pieces of clothing you wear most often

Jeans
Havaianas
Tank tops
Pashminas
Empire waist tops

(could that be a more West Coast list?)

3. Five things that absolutely drive you bonkers

People who stop suddenly in front of you while walking at malls or on the street or ANYWHERE
Chewing noises
People who hit “reply all” on emails or add people to the chain totally inappropriately
Women who complain about “being fat” if they clearly… are not.
People who don’t stand up to let older people, pregnant women or people with disabilities sit down… again, pretty much ANYWHERE

4. Five best parts of your day

Talking to Gradon
First cup of coffee
Coming up with a wacky recipe for dinner
Nesting (doing laundry, cleaning, tidying up)
Laughing with friends/family

5. Five things that make you most happy on earth

Gradon Tripp
Road trippin’ with my parents
Dancing
Singing
Being with my friends

fives.

It’s a Monday.

Mondays were made for to-do lists.

Or just lists in general.

Time for some fives!

GO!

my first ever iMovie… starring my neighbour, Murphy.

Murphy, My Neighbour from Meg Fowler on Vimeo.

My first iMovie!

Every day — every time I go out, really — this tiny 8lb Boston Terrier (he never grew past 8 lbs, though he will be 2 years old before too long) greets me with HUGE enthusiasm.

Often, he’ll even run into my garden suite and do a small dance before he goes to join his lovely owners (my landlords) in the garden outside.

The cat? That’s Reuben. He’s 16. He is… unimpressed.

The song? Jump In The Line — Harry Belafonte.
