A few weeks back, I had a wee interview with a producer from CBC Radio about a story they were doing for their Spark technology show about digital love letters.
They used just a little bit of me, and I said “like” twice, which drives me nuts, but here it is!

When it was recording, I could hear myself in perfect echo, so if I sound bananas, you know why.

Hey Meg – I was driving through Quebec on my way to Labrador when I heard the digital love letters piece. I remember hearing a woman say “I’m a writer in Vancouver” and me thinking “Gee, must be nice” as I was swerving into the passing lane. Because I missed the speaker’s name it wasn’t until I heard “Gradon” that I thought “Hey! That’s Meg Fowler! Cool!!”. It was a solo trip so I didn’t get to share that with anyone… until now.
ANYway just wanted to let you know I heard you… from far, far away.
