good morning, sunshinefaces.
Okay! It’s sunny and cold in Vancouver (well, coldISH… I could stand to put a - in front of our temperature) and I bought a Christmas mug and I’m feeling all JAZZ HANDS! and THERE’S A LOT OF SUGAR IN THIS PEPPERMINT MOCHA.
So.
1. How are YOU?
2. Are you a holidays person, or no? (whatever holidays you celebrate)
3. How many blankets are on your bed right now?
4. If I told you I was going to bring you lunch, what would you want me to bring you?
5. We can do absolutely ANYTHING you want today. So what would that be?
6. Brunettes: the true fun-havers? Yes or no.

1. I am doing good
2. Yes in the sense that I like to get free time from work.
3. Just the one. It’s hot in Kochi.
4. A Hamburger & fries is what I’m craving at the moment.
5. Hmmmm ;). No, I’d take you to gaze at the night sky with millions of stars and the moon would give us company. We’d lie on the lush grass and later….if you’d wanna take advantage of me, I won’t stop you.
6. Yes - although I’m partial to red-heads.

1. Fine, thanks.
2. Yes, yes I am.
3. Just the one downie comforter (not something that comforts Downies, such as Robert Jr. or Morton).
4. Sushi, please.
5. Go somewhere other than Yellowknife. Perhaps Granvill Island? Or Robson Street?
6. Yes, yes we are.

1. Doing great, thanks. Except for the fact that I woke up at 6.15 am and my neighbours upstairs are being noisy (damn little kids!).
2. Are you a holidays person, or no? (whatever holidays you celebrate)
I am, but I really hate the fact that a lot of people
fight over Christmas.
3. How many blankets are on your bed right now?
Right now only one.
4. If I told you I was going to bring you lunch, what would you want me to bring you?
Soup and a sandwich, thank you.
5. We can do absolutely ANYTHING you want today. So what would that be?
I’d like you to hang out with me while I pack for my holiday trip south of the border, maybe do a walk around my neighbourhood.
6. Brunettes: the true fun-havers? Yes or no.

1. I’m doing really good. It’s a beautiful morning, I had coffee and a cinnamon bun for breakfast, and the day is not too crazy so far.
2. Yes! I love the holidays! Thanksgiving and especially Christmas are wonderful. I’m hoping to get my tree set up sometime this week when I have a bit more free time. I love all the parties with family and friends.
3. One duvet that is very thick and comfy, and a fleece blanket. There are 3 other fleece blankets at the foot of the bed in case it gets cold enough to warrant using those. I like to feel cozy and smothered in bed.
4. A turkey sandwich made with fresh home-made bread, an ice cold Diet Coke, some raw carrots, and a cookie. Mmmm!
5. I’d love to go for a walk outside (preferably by a beach, or at Stanley Park), then stop in at a coffee shop to warm up. After that I’d like to go to a bookstore for a few hours and buy lots of good books, then go home and watch a few movies.
6. Absolutely!
November 27th, 2007 at 11:02 am

1. How are YOU? Bored. :) TIred a little. Wanting more coffee.
2. Are you a holidays person, or no? (whatever holidays you celebrate) OH yes. Yes, yes I am.
3. How many blankets are on your bed right now? One plus a duvet. but I’ve kept my windows closed. Otherwise there would be 3 plus duvet.
4. If I told you I was going to bring you lunch, what would you want me to bring you? Hmm… I would want some sort of tasty warm soup. And you to sit with me and keep me company while I eat.
5. We can do absolutely ANYTHING you want today. So what would that be? We would sleep in, make coffee at home and drink it in blankets on the deck listening to the fog horns on the boats in the harbour, and watching float planes take off and land. Then we would make a tasty brunch with french toast and bacon. Then we would go to Stanley Park and remind ourselves of happy memories from our childhood and ride the mini train. And then we would come back home and watch Judge Judy and latenight television. Or, we would drive to California.
6. Brunettes: the true fun-havers? Yes or no I think yes. And blondes, also yes.

1. I am fantastic. Really. Life is good. In fact it rules. Though I’m dreading coffee with a soon to be not friends anymore person this afternoon - after that its full on jazz hands, baby!
2. The older I get the more holiday-person I become.
3. 1 plus a comforter. Clearly not sufficient. My duvet is at the cleaners.
4. Home made cream of brocolli soup and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. Oh, and a fun christmas cookie for dessert. If you bring me an eggnog latte to wash it down with I will be your bff.
5. Go to the beach with my friends. Of course in my perfect world it is August all year long. Oh and when we switch back to it being December we will go and play in the snow with my dog and then drink hot chocolate spiked with just the right amount of adult beverage.
6. Brunettes = best fun havers ever. Period.

1. I’m well, thanks! I got a good night’s sleep, so that’s always a plus.
2. LOVE the holidays!
3. One cotton blanket; one velvety-satiny quilt. Very warm!
4. A BLT on white toast, extra bacon (crisp!), and a vanilla milkshake.
5. Oh, let’s go sit on the beach at the Banzai Pipeline and watch the surfers, then go to Haleiwa for Matsumoto shave ice.
6. You bet!
November 27th, 2007 at 11:03 pm
1. Sleepy, but content.
2. I don’t really get into the holiday season until about 2-3 days before Christmas. Christmas music in general drives me a little batty, but I can listen to The Nutcracker over and over again.
3. 2 semi-light comforters. It’s 48F right now in the DC metro area. Not as cold as say, Vancouver, but I still like my feet to be warm when I go to bed.
4. Mmmm. How about tomato soup with a grilled cheese on whole grain with tomato and cheddar cheese?
5. Shopping spree in NYC?
6. Brunettes rock like slayer!!!!!!!
