I’m not certain about this, but I’m pretty sure the second result reflects what Google thinks is the most second most-popular page on your site (after, presumably, your home page). That’s certainly true of my site:

It’s true, actually… Google sends so many people to that one post, which was popular for the content when I wrote it, but also has the word “boob” in it. Thanks, Google.

Maybe I missed it, but I’m just wondering what prompted you to Google “blatantly hot ass” in the first place. I mean, I know what made *me* Google it, but what about you?
