here in colorado it certainly gets cold enough for uggs. i have two pair myself (including an adorable shorty chocolate brown pair)…but i have firmly believe that if it is cold enough for uggs, it is too cold for a miniskirt. not that i would ever wear a miniskirt anyway…unless it would get stacy and clinton to my house to feature me on an episode of “what not to wear.”
