8 days of magic.

Filed under: stuff — meg @ 6:36 pm

Well, I’m still sick.

And it’s getting a tad tiresome.

My voice loses about three words in every sentence, and I sound like a weird hybrid of E.T., Kermit, and Carol Channing.

I realize that probably addresses some sort of internet fetish, but I’d really rather not think about it.

I’m weary of the cough.

And I’m weary of how it deepens.

But I’m sure it won’t go any further.

Right?

Perhaps you need to put a magical sickness draining root under your bed whilst making most superlative E.T impressions in a plastic enclosed germ proof chamber, but ya your probably correct and it will not go further..I suppose, not that I know anything about you or your ailments, but I live in Calgary and I miss home so I raom random Van blogs to soak up the scenery I so miss..I forget what rain is all about. anywho I will carry on now..

See, isn’t this funny? ET, Kermit, Carol Channing? That’s MY fetish! What a coinky-dink!

But sorry you’re still sick. Get better soon (but do a podcast first! I’m all tingly now).

Are you doing anything about this cough? I let mine go on way too long, but am now beating it into submission with narcotic cough syrup and Biaxin. IT WILL DIE.

Hubby and I just prayed for you. Is that okay?

Beyond okay, MomHuebert. Thank you so much. And Belinda… no. Not yet. I think I will have to cave soon.

Know what I hate about those coughs? When you laugh really hard, then dissolve into hacking. Oh, that’s lovely.

sounds crazy, i know but if you have some vicks vapo rub, rub a bunch on your feet before bedtime and put socks on. whenever my daughters get bad coughs we do that and it really helps quiet them down.

    feel better.
