Beyond happy? Glad to hear you’re having such a nice time, Meg; be well, be safe, have fun.
:-)
Is that the Pacific Hwy off-ramp? It looks so familiar.
It’s actually downtown, Sandy — Eric could tell you exactly where. The first time he did that little turn-in, though, we squealed in delight and made him go around the block and do it again.
But San Diego has SUCH fun on- and off-ramps.
I bet it’s great having your own personal tour guide. You and Eric should tag team another epic adventure story.
yay for san diego and the beach. yay for beautiful weather!
enjoy your vacation, meg!
What’s that expression about simple pleasures and simple folk!?? Glad you’re having fun.
awesome isn’t it? we got back from there about the time you arrived. same places too. i highly recommend encinitas for cheap but good eats- go to angelo’s burgers, everything from breakfast burritos to fish tacos and in between are good! i love a good food dive. someone gave us their house in del mar to use and we did the whole sd thing, i ate seafood in every possible way for a week! enjoy yourself, you deserve it.
Are you coming to LA? We are having a big blogger meetup on Saturday…
