Okay, not fair, too early in the morning for that kind of thinking. Since I am jealous of Nothing But Bonfires, I’m going to go with basically anywhere in Ecuador, and my three activities are horseback riding through the water, swimming through waterfalls, and lying on the beach soaking up the sun with a yummy umbrella drink in my hand.

Chicken Tikka Masala…mmmm, Indian food…

In college one idiot guy my friend dated for 5 minutes started calling me Cheesehead (because I’m from WI and went to school in TX) and it stuck for TWO YEARS.
3. If you could head to any city on earth and do three things that were fun, where would you go, and what would you do?
I would go to Portland, OR to stand up in my good friend/former roommate’s wedding, see her dogs who used to live me, and finally see the Pacific Ocean. And I get to do all that next weekend.
4. What song drives you completely batty?
That Fergie song with the “I hope you know, I hope you knooooow” gets stuck in my head so persistently that I even start thinking of other annyoing, catchy songs to try to replace it.

1. Large vanilla frozen custard with chocolate sprinkles.
2. Mary the Berry. Don’t. You. Dare.
3. Tampere, Finland: I would go to Pynnikki, walk through the woods and have a donut and coffee; I’d take a lovely long sauna and follow it up with a beer; I’d go to the Silver Bell restaurant and eat a wonderful meal.
4. Bohemian Rhapsody. I know, but I really hate it.

Always a White Castle Double Cheeseburger w/crinkle fries.

Louie. Louie is a guy from Brooklyn who wants to be in the mob. Lou is just fine, thanks.

I would go to LA and have a burger at Tommy’s, taquitos at Cielito Lindo and then cruise the Hollywood strip and freak-see.

1.If you could eat anything in the world right now, what would it be? That chilled Granny Smith apple soup that I had on the cruise…SOOO good and I know that I will never, ever be able to recreate it.
2. What’s the nickname people call you that you hate the most? Spacey Stacy…I used to get it more when I was a kid. I’m glad it’s mostly gone.
3. If you could head to any city on earth and do three things that were fun, where would you go, and what would you do? Oh man…this is too tough! I would go to Sydney and go surfing, eat something different, and take pictures of kangaroos randomly jumping about the countryside.
