Ewww! That made my skin crawl.
And I agree. The moths are getting bigger.
This spring (I’m in Las Vegas) these big ol’ mofo moths kept coming in the open window (I know: duh) and I would start flapping my arms and screaming and running around while Darryl’s steroid-pumped cousin would bat at the light fixture, frantically trying to understand why I was imitating him??
ICK! I hate moths too and if they are getting bigger then I hate them even more.
Meg! Thank you for expressing what I feel about these gross creatures. I have described the ones that keep flying into our condo as “small bird-like”…how DO they make it up to the 15th floor?
I have visions of them taking it a floor or two at a time, resting on the building and balconies as they make their trek up to the place they’ve heard about, but that no one has ever returned to tell about…Mwa ha ha. Gordon kills em everytime. Talk about a knight in shining armour. :)
Seriously, someone who understands my greatest fear!
My issue…their unpredictability! One minute they are across the room, minding their own business…the next…in your face, sucking the life out of you, squeeling like a stuck pig. Others tell me that they don’t maim or kill or squeel…I don’t believe any of it.
Death to moths.
