list monday: 10 things I would be in rehab for, if they offered rehabilitation programs for these things.
1. Excessive hand-talking.
2. Obsessive measurement of the distance between two places with Google Maps (”I wonder how far Memphis is from St. Lous!”)
3. Learning the end of the book or movie first.
4. Overuse of lemon in cooking.
5. Overchecking of door locks.
6. Compulsive blogging.
7. Rampant listmaking.
8. The need to see if EVERYTHING has a page on Wikipedia.
9. Texting.
10. Arguing with men.
And you?

I do all of the above, except #2. I am OCD with door locks. I check them gazillions of times, on the house and my vehicle. Last week Mr. said…did you know you left the back door unlocked last night? I kinda freaked out and that has caused me to be even more OCD. Where would we be without Wikipedia? I link to it often, it’s easier than having to explain all my goofyisms that I make up along the way. (exhibit A: my yesterday post) ;)

You mean it’s a problem if you like to “google” distances to everywhere?
And to Wiki everything?
Ruh roh. ;)
Do they have a rehab program for procrastinating endlessly?

Ok I feel totally Texas Trash saying I have a slip cover but you see we got rid of the old before we got the new. The new is a few purchases away. And see…. I knew you weren’t listening.

Slipcovers are NOT trashy. No way. Classy slipcovers are fabulous, and add versatility and texture to a room. Absolutely! I like the ones that tie into shape.

I talked with my hands in a teleconference yesterday. I didn’t realize I had such a problem. Sometimes I’m gesturing when I’m talking to myself in my car.

Hey that is the kind I have. I got it at IKEA.
I could also be sent to rehab for time-wasting on flickr.

I’m sure Britney Spears is in rehab for all of these, and then some!
