i wear my sunglasses at work.
All the fluorescent lights on our floor have been replaced and the result is SO BRIGHT.
SO BRIGHT.
SO BRIGHT.
SO FREAKIN’ BRIGHT.
A few bulbs will be unscrewed to take us back down to a non-napalm state by the end of the week, after a landlord inspection.
BUT. SO BRIGHT.
I didn’t have my sunglasses on me this morning. So now I’m wearing my co-workers glasses in the hopes that I won’t end up with a migraine in a couple of hours. Fluorescents are one of my big triggers.

just curious if your office would spring for the full-spectrum bulbs? i get major migraines with real florescent lights. i put the full spectrum (GE Reveal brand, i think?) ones in my office and it is so much better…they give off a blueish glow actually, and it is much more tranquil than regular ones.

I heard something on the radio this morning on some Glen Beck show or something and they were talking about fluorescent lights and what it promotes.
-irritability
-exhaustion
-seizures
right!?
I am boycotting them as of………NOW

I also had full-specturm lights put in my interior no-window office because of the constant headaches.
