9. Absolutely beautiful! Where is this exactly? I long to see honest-to-God sunsets some day. Besides being on the east coast of the U.S., I am not a morning person – but a night owl. :)

10. It is Cannon Beach, OR, about 25 miles south of the Washington/Oregon border at the mouth of the Columbia River, on Highway 101. It has wide beaches, Haystack Rock and incredible sunsets – when they can be seen.

12. Cannon Beach is fabulous even in sucky weather…as is the entire Oregon and No. Calif. coast. Great photos.
