so is the mileage of the beast actually in kilometers (darn sensical metric system) and if so, can you actually call it ‘mileage’?
we’ll forgive you for not stopping in San Jose on this trip, girls… but next time you better stop here. ;)

Do my eyes mistake me or is your mileage meter switched, meaning, you have KMH (or is it KPH?) on top and MPH on bottom? That would be brilliant, actually, and make total sense, since it is a Canadian car. When I drove around Canada I never really had any idea how fast I was going. The signage was all “fifty billion KPH” and I was all “how the hell fast is that?” because my odometer was in MPH only, thank you Honda rental car, so I may have been doing entirely the wrong speed at all times. The coast is incredible, plus, it is kindof exciting knowing you were relatively close to me.
hey! the richmond bridge! i used to take that as one of my routes to work, haven’t seen it in…20+ years (oh god, now i suddenly feel OLD). beautiful pictures, man you Canadian girls cover the miles! enjoy the rest of the ride, hope you have good weather in oregon.
