I AM NOT EITHER EASY TO WHIP AT SCRABBLE!
It took an airplane, two curiously invasive customs officials, a pizza, and a full WEEKEND for me to get whipped at Scrabble.
But I like to think I came through. When you lose by 100% of your own point total, THAT is losing with panache.
And if there is one thing I have? Panache.
It was the best time ever. Everybody? Meg and Cat rock. Seriously. Rad.
Now I have to go look up ‘panache’.
Are you TRYING to rub it in? I am soooo jealous!! Glad you had a great time.
Ah, I love that mountain/sea shot!
How fun! I’ve got to hand it to Eric though, just for attempting to play Scrabble with the wordsmith-y Meg, that’s a feat. Speaking of feet, nice feet you two :)
vancouver looks lovely, though i clicked over to read a bit of Eric’s blog and now i am homesick for san diego.
I’m so glad he left an alpaca for you. It probably needs a lot of rest and TLC after making that trek for the second time. Does it have a name yet? I’d recommend “Eric”, if it isn’t named yet.
looks like a good time was had by all. but seriously meg, if you and cat are ever passing through the bay area you have to stop in and meet me and notsoccer mom. we both love coffee too! :)
um…nice dancing move on the dock, Eric. Very masculine.
Eric, you dog you!
No, no, I think you should name the Alpaca “Al”. His last name would of course be “Paca”.
But you’ve probably already named it “Java” or something like that.
